Duo of Tikka • ‘Off-the-bone’ pieces of spring chicken and tender lamb, marinated in yoghurt and various spices over 24 hours, then grilled over flaming charcoal in our Tandoor oven.

Piazu • Traditional Bangladeshi finger food during Ramadan – sliced onions & potatoes mixed with lentils, mild spices and gram flour, deep fried.
