With Stephen Marsh, the founder and creator of Pinkster Gin. The tasting will include a cocktail masterclass and his highly regarded and locally foraged Wild Bullace and Quince liqueur.

Join us for the second in our series of ‘At-Home-Tasting’ events on Thursday 23rd April at 8:00pm. This is a local event for residents of Royston and the surrounding villages.

Stephen Marsh is the founder of Pinkster Gin. Distilled in small batches, Pinkster is a premium gin hand-steeped with fresh raspberries grown locally to the firm’s Cambridge HQ. 

How Does It Work?

Step 1 =  Pre-order your gin tasting pack for £25.00 by Friday 17th April (Enough for up to 3 people, pack info at the bottom).

Step 2 = You will receive delivery of your tasting pack……

Step 3 = We will premier the tasting video at 8:10pm on Thursday 23rd April, on our Youtube Channel and Facebook page. You will receive an email ahead of the event containing the relevant links.

Ok, you got us. You don’t actually have to tune in at 8:00pm to be able to enjoy the tasting. We will leave the videos live, so you can enjoy the tasting whenever suits you best, and at your own pace. HOWEVER, in the spirit of the event, we would love as many people as possible to be enjoying the experience together. You will be able to comment in real-time on the video as you watch it, and interact with your fellow gin-tasters.

Your tasting pack explained:

Your pack contains the following (which is enough for up to 3 people to enjoy the tasting). The bottles are screw cap and can be resealed, so you can enjoy the tasting and save the rest for another time.

2. Pinkster 50ml
3. Pinkster Royale 50ml
4. Surprise Cocktail 50ml
5. Wild Bullace and Quince Liqueur 50ml
6. Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water 500ml
7. A pair of 20g gin jam sachets
8. Tasting sheet (for note-taking!)
