Sip & Savour: November – Tequila & Tacos

This series of events will include a mixture of guided & self-guided tastings plus a paid bar. All events will feature a local food hero. Please read the details carefully as timings may vary and to see what is included in your ticket price for each event.

Tequila & Tacos: 7:00 – 8:00pm arrival: a relaxed self-guided evening, arrive when you are ready!

Your Ticket includes:
– Arrival cocktail served between 7:00-8:00pm
– A tequila & mezcal tasting duo (50ml each) waiting at your table. Detailed tasting mat with info and fun facts about tequila & mezcal.
– A trio of tacos from Meat Up Cambs + a portion of nachos as follows:

1x BIRRIA TACO: Beef short rib with cheese fried in a tortilla. Served with a rich tomato dipping sauce.

1x CARNITAS: Slow cooked spiced pulled pork in a soft corn tortilla. Served with Salsa Roja and Salsa Fresca.

1x CHICKEN TINGA: Marinated shredded chicken in a soft corn tortilla. Served with Salsa Roja and Salsa Fresca.

NACHOS: With Cheese, soured cream and guacamole

JACKFRUIT CARNITAS: Marinated Jackfruit in a soft corn tortilla. Served with Salsa Roja and Salsa Fresca

*The following dietary requirements can be catered for: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Sensitive. Due to the nature of the small kitchen, we are unable to cater for Coeliac.

This is a fun and casual event!
Food will be served from 7:30pm and will be delivered to your table as it’s ready, so relax and enjoy the vibes!

Tequila & Mezcal Bar
The tequila + mezcal bar will be open from 7:30pm, serving cocktails mixed drinks + tequila/mezcal flights. Last orders will be at 9:45pm and the event finishes at 10pm.

All tequila + mezcal served will be suitable for vegans unless otherwise stated.
