Liquid Loyalty: Waterford Whisky Tasting – Meet the Maker!

We’re very excited to announce a special event for our Liquid Loyalty customers. On Monday 18th July we will be joined by Ian O’Brien of Waterford Distillery, Ireland for an evening of whisky tasting.

“Ian O’Brien is Waterford Whisky’s distiller turned evangelist in chief. Having worked at the site for two decades, he witnessed its transformation from brewery to game-changing distillery. As part of a team tasked with the new and radical challenge of terroir-driven distillation, working with different barley crops each week, Ian has literally made the spirit in the blue bottles. He is therefore in a unique position to be able to translate the beautifully complex methodology of Waterford Whisky to drinkers around the world, and his enthusiasm for all things whisky is infectious. Hosting tastings around the world, Ian loves to chat about all the geeky details whilst sharing a dram with folk wherever he goes.”

Tickets are just £5.00 and are redeemable against a Waterford purchase made on the evening.
