Gabriel Bloise is a member of the new generation of winemakers. He was born in a wine family from the first Italian immigrants to Argentina. He grew up amongst farmland and vines and studied at a technical college in Mendoza where he got a degree in agronomy and winemaking. After that he got a Bachelor degree in oenology. He has worked many harvests in famous wine-producing areas of the world; Tuscany, Priorat, Australia, California. Gabriel understands oenology as a means of expressing nature and believes that the best wines are those that hide the hands of winemaker and reveal the taste of the place where the vines grow. He strongly promotes organic and biodynamic practices as a means to reveal nature in the taste of the wines he makes.
