Whisky Concerto & Cask Le Sens (Co-owned by Richard and Winnie)
Whisky Concerto originates from Hong Kong and was founded by a group of local whisky enthusiasts by the end of 2019. Whisky Concerto works with single casks and cask strength launches, focusing on bringing distinctive but harmonious bottlings to the market. Apart from traditional Scotch whiskies, Whisky Concerto is venturing into bottle whiskies from new distilleries and emerging markets like Taiwan, Japan, Israel, etc, as well as rums from different regions. Two of the Co-Founders Richard Wong & Winnie Ng are the postgraduates of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh majoring in Brewing & Distilling. Whisky Concerto is expanding their availability to UK.

Cask Le Sens was founded during the Covid time by 2 of the Co-Founders of Whisky Concerto, Richard & Winnie, together with one other business partner from Hong Kong. Unlike Whisky Concerto which is more focusing on individual products and branding, Cask Le Sens would like to focus more on whole cask trading, servicing and consultancy and meanwhile releasing occasionally special bottlings. Cask Le Sens also offers casks and bottling services directly for Corporate Projects, Independent bottler projects, Bars, Whisky Clubs and private customers.
