Cambridge Wine Bar Royston: It’s almost time to say goodbye!
It’s almost time to say goodbye – we will be closing the doors of our Wine Bar on Kneesworth Street on Sunday 30th June.
We would like to invite you to an afternoon of music and pizza to celebrate 3 years of the Cambridge Wine Bar in its differing formats! We will be partying from 2:00pm until 6:00pm, with music from the wonderful Kelvin Davies and pizza from the delicious VanPizza, served from the cutest Citroën H Van.
When the lease reverted back to us 3 years ago, we knew there was a time limit to our project, giving us just a few years at the venue. We have made the difficult decision not to renew our lease. Hefty rent increases and the cost of Business Rates makes it very difficult to run a small business.
Even so, our shop opposite the road is thriving. We thank you, our loyal customers, for your continued support and hope to see you in there soon to match you with your favourite tipples. We will continue to host pop-up and tasting events, bringing to Royston expertise from wine and spirits producers from around the world, keeping us bang on trend!
