DESCRIPTION:Due to the Coronavirus outbreak\, Claire Allan will no longer be visiting the UK. However\, Claire will visit later in the year to host the event. As soon as a date is confirmed\, we will let you know.   Join us for this special evening with Claire Allan of Huia Vineyards\, Marlborough\, New Zealand. Claire and her husband Mike arrived in Marlborough in 1990 and officially started Huia Vineyards in 1996. Those early years were spent gaining valuable experience in wineries in Marlborough. Mike at Cloudy Bay and Vavasour whilst Claire was at Corbans and Lawson’s Dry Hills.  They also both worked and made wine in Champagne at Veuve Cliquot and Taittinger respectively.  Claire is no stranger to Cambridge Wine Royston\, having hosted a number of tastings for us in the past\, Huia wines are firm customer favourites!  Join us to try the lastest vintages plus some exciting new arrivals.  This event will be hosted upstairs at the beautiful No.41 on Kneesworth Street (previously the Royston Gin Palace).  The ticket price will include a delicious Deli nibble board (vegetarian and vegan option available upon request).
