DESCRIPTION:Join Brett Jackson\, the head winemaker for Viña Valdivieso & Caballo Loco\, as he makes a stop in Royston on his short trip across the pond from Chile!  Brett arrived to Viña Valdivieso in 2001\, after working with reknown wineries in France\, the United States\, New Zealand and South Africa. In the mid-90s\, he settled in Chile\, coinciding with the wine boom that the country was experiencing during that decade. Since then\, he has been dedicated to look for new areas where to develop Viña Valdivieso’s viticulture\, developing terroir wines\, which represent faithfully the area from which they come from.  “My goal is to create a unique sensory experience with every release. I approach wine as if it were a culinary creation”
