SUMMARY:¡Calçotada!
DESCRIPTION:We hosted our first Calçotada back in 2018\, if you were lucky enough to make it along\, you know what a fun night this is.  The Calçotada is one of the best-known Catalan traditions. It is a celebration of the seasonal vegetable\, the calçot\, similar to a leek or large spring onion. In the feast calçots are typically barbecued and dipped in Romesco sauce. It is messy – bibs are provided!  The night will include a wine tasting with Gonzalez Byass and a Calçotada. Your ticket includes wine\, calçots and food from Meat Up Cambs. Dietary requirements can be catered for\, please specify when booking.
